Postage Rates

The cost of sending the decals or components you order to you depends on two factors: the estimated size of the package, and the standard of delivery service that you choose.

Package Sizes

The package size for orders containing components depends on the size of the largest components you order, particularly the smallest dimension which will determine the thickness of the package.

• Small Orders containing only decals or drawings qualify for the "Small" package size, essentially a C5 envelope sent by letter post. Thin components, no more than 3 mm thick, will generally also qualify for this package size.
• Medium Components up to 10 mm thick should qualify for the "Medium" package size, still sent in an envelope but posted as a large letter. Extra large decals, with a sheet size greater than A5 will also need this package size
• Large Components larger than 10 mm thick will require the "Large" package size and will be sent as a small parcel.

Delivery Services

I offer several levels of service, all using Royal Mail delivery services, as described below. I normally aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. I will let you know if your delivery will take longer than this.

UK

For delveries within the UK.

Economy	£2.20	£4.00	£6.45	Next day	The package will be posted by normal First Class post, and loss or damage in transit is at your risk (i.e. if the package arrives damaged or not at all, it will not be replaced or refunded).
Enhanced	£4.20	£6.00	£8.05	Next day	The package will be posted by 1st Class Signed For delivery, and will thus require a signature on arrival. A package that arrives damaged, or not at all, will be replaced free of charge (or refunded), provided I can claim on the insurance included with this service.
Standard	£3.70	£4.00	£5.45	2–3 days	The package will be posted by Tracked 48 delivery, and will not require a signature on arrival. A package that arrives damaged, or not at all, will be replaced free of charge (or refunded), provided I can claim on the insurance included with this service.
Premium	£4.35	£4.65	£9.25	Next day	The package will be posted by Tracked 24 delivery, and will not require a signature on arrival. A package that arrives damaged, or not at all, will be replaced free of charge (or refunded), provided I can claim on the insurance included with this service.
Express	£10.35	£10.65	£10.85	Next day guaranteed	The package will be posted by Special Delivery, will require a signature on arrival, and is guaranteed to arrive the next (working) day after I dispatch it. I will also endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after I receive it, usually within 5 working days. A package that arrives damaged, or not at all, will be replaced free of charge (or refunded), provided I can claim on the insurance included with this service.

Delivery speeds are working days after dispatch.

International

For deliveries outside of the UK.

International Standard	£9.00	£10.65	£13.50	3–5 days	The package will be posted by a Tracked delivery service. A package that arrives damaged, or not at all, will be replaced free of charge (or refunded), provided I can claim on any insurance included with this service.

Speeds for international deliveries are for destinations in Europe; deliveries to other countries can take 2 days longer.

Electronic

Drawings are usually delivered electronically, by download from this site or by e-mail. Once you have completed placing your order, and made your payment, you will be provided with access code(s) that will allow you to download the drawings you have purchased.
