Decals for BR Coach Window Labels

Configure your Sheet

To order a sheet of decals for BR window labels you will need to select one or more label types, add them to your sheet, and set the quantity you require of each. Once you've completed your sheet of decals, you can then add the sheet to your basket.

Select Labels

To add a label to your sheet as a separate, single decal, click on the Add button next to its illustration.

To add a pair of labels to your sheet as a combined decal, use the buttons in the "Add As Combined" column to select the combination you want, then click on the Add Combined button. You can combine a class label with a no smoking label.

The quantity of a decal you add to your sheet will initially be set to 20. This should be enough for a single carriage plus a few spares. For example, Mk1 corridor coaches typically had 7 windows per side that could require labels, while open coaches had 8 and suburban coaches up to 9. If you add a decal to your sheet that's already there, it's quantity will be increased by this amount.

Once you've added a decal to your sheet, you can adjust the quantity of it you require using the buttons below.

General Settings

These settings apply to all decals in your sheet.

The scale of model(s) you are building.

The backing paper type of your sheet: transparent, white or both. The lettering on transparent backing will be reversed for viewing outside when applied inside. The lettering on white backing will be normal, for application to the outside of the window, or as backing for transparent decals.

Transparent or white sheets cost £7.50 each. Both transparent and white sheets together cost £10.00 for the pair.

Please enter a short label (name and/or number) that can be used to distinguish this decal sheet configuration from any others you may add to your basket.

The uniqueness of this label is important because if you add two different decal sheets with the same label to your basket the more recent specification will overwrite the old. You can, however, use this feature to update the specification of decals you have already added to your basket. The label you enter will be automatically prefixed with "BR Window Decals".

Warning: If you select a new label decal, or edit one in your existing sheet, after you have started to change any of the general settings above, you are likely to lose those changes. Either finish selecting or editing the labels first, or use this button to save your other settings before changing your sheet contents.

You will only be able to proceed to the next stage and add your sheet to your basket if your sheet is valid – it has at least one decal and the number of labels is within the maximum for your selected scale.
